Once you have completed the payment process and validated it, you will receive a confirmation of your order in your email address. This order confirmation does not have an invoice validity, the invoice will be received along with the merchandise.



1. Methods of delivery 

We offer you the guarantee to work with first order transport companies (MRW, Couriers…) that offer your clients a tracking system of your shipments over the Internet, with which you will be able to know the status of the shipment at any time and from anywhere.


2. Deadlines for issuing orders 

Delivery times are average time limits for the preparation-manufacturing and shipping deadlines. The delivery time for orders from our online store varies from 48 hours to a maximum of 7 business days.

The specific period of each order varies according to the stock available at the time of receipt, most of our orders are prepared in 24-48 hours. The manufacturing period is a maximum of 24 hours from the confirmation of the order. Once your order comes out of our store you will receive a warning message in your email.

In the case that is unable to comply with this deadline, the customer may proceed to the confirmation, change or annulment partial or total of the order. If the client opts for the total annulment, the satisfied amount will be fully returned in a maximum period of 15 working days.

Forisur Group, S.L. reserves the right to make partial shipments, not assuming any additional charge for the customer.

The transit of transport, time that elapses since the order leaves from our warehouses until the delivery, is established of one (peninsular Spain) to five days (most remote places of the world), depending on the destination.
Forisur Group, S.L. may not be held responsible for the breach of these deadlines, in case of force majeure, as a total or partial strike (especially the means of transport), floods, fire…


3. Shipping costs 

The rates for each zone shall be calculated on the basis of the geographical location of the recipient and the weight/volume of the total of the items purchased. Shipping costs appear separately from the price of the item and do not include taxes, which will be calculated separately if applicable.

When all the items in the basket are confirmed, the on-line store automatically calculates the shipping costs. If you modify the items in your basket or change the destination of your order the transportation costs may vary.

4. Customs and Taxes 

Deliveries in the European Union. 

The prices of products that are for sale in the online store include 21% VAT on the total amount (items and shipping costs) for European Union countries.

Orders with destination to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to various customs expenses and taxes of their autonomous community. The payment of these, if originated, will correspond to the customer and shall be paid at the time of delivery of the merchandise.

Deliveries in extra-Community countries.

Purchases with delivery address in extra-Community countries will be exempt from VAT payment. Tariffs and other customs expenses, if originated, would be paid by the customer and shall be payable at the time of delivery of the goods. We advise you to inform yourself of the particular conditions of each country.

5. Precautions at the time of delivery
It is up to the recipient to check the shipments upon arrival, by writing at the time of delivery the observations and claims that he deems justified (including rejecting the package) if he verifies that the package is likely to have been open or shows clear signs of deterioration. These observations must be communicated to in the shortest possible time.


Return Policy

In the case of defective products or that do not correspond to the order made by the client, we assume all the expenses derived from the change and subsequent shipment of the correct order. Upon receipt of the package, the good condition of the product will be confirmed and that it was indeed a mistake on our part. The new product will then be shipped.

In no case will the change or return of those items used, handled by the customer or that do not arrive in their original packaging. No refunds will be accepted either due or cash on delivery.
Wear or deterioration caused by use, misuse or the passage of time will not be a cause for change.
